The Artist Adventure…

One of the earliest makers in the Orgonite movement, Branch became a true pioneer blending orgone science into crystaline conscious matrixes. José Argüelles and the 13-Moon Calendar Change movement profoundly influenced his path. Returning to Santa Fe in 2004, he began creating cloudbusters, towerbusters, and energy pendants while raising a family. As Orgonix, his work quickly gained recognition as one of the few dedicated orgonite makers of the time. In 2008 he moved to Grass Valley, California.

Over the following years he refined his craft, producing ever-more intricate, beautiful, and energetically potent designs while exhibiting at new-age conferences, festivals, and collaborative gatherings. A major turning point came in 2014 with his first solo exhibition, “Time in Form”, at Elixart in Nevada City. The show—featuring large-scale sacred-geometry wall panels crafted in orgonite—ran for nine months and launched his career to a new level.

In 2019 he curated the collaborative exhibition “Kinception”, also at Elixart, bringing together more than a dozen artists working across diverse mediums. In 2018 Branch moved his Orgonix studio into the historic Nail Factory.

In 2022 he founded Vision Collective, purchasing the property to safeguard and expand its role as a center for the local arts community. Under Vision Collective he launched Antifragile, a free makerspace grounded in the conviction that creativity belongs to everyone. The Collective has since produced many community-oriented events and hosted artist meetups, release parties and more.

Today Branch continues to experiment daily with new techniques in his work—resin casting, lapidary, wood sculpting, digital design, 3D printing, silicon mold-making, lost-wax casting, and jewelry fabrication—while guiding a growing circle of educators and makers. He lives and creates at the Nail Factory alongside his life partner Kayla and their children.
